WASHINGTON, Ga. - Mrs. Vivian Danner Henderson, 81, of Washington, died October 21, 2010 in The Oaks at Peake, Macon, Georgia. She was a native of Wilkes County, the daughter of the late, William Albert and Alma Albea Danner. Mrs. Henderson retired from Elbert County Hospital as an LPN and was a long time member of Rehoboth Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by her husband, Bernard Zachery 'B.Z.' Henderson. Graveside services will be Sunday, October 24, 2010 at 2:00pm, in Rehoboth Baptist Church Cemetery with Rev. Steve Rayner officiating. Danny Burgess, William Higginhotham, Ronald Paschall, David Burgess, Chuck Pollock and Stanley Wheatley will serve as pallbearers. The family will receive friends immediately following the service. Survivors include two sons and daughters in law, Bernard Z. and Margaret J. Henderson, Washington and William Albert and Elizabeth B. Henderson, Macon; five grandchildren, William Z. Henderson, Washington, Margaret E. Henderson, Washington, Emily Ellen Henderson, Washington, Molly M. Jones, Macon and Maimee Jane Henderson, Macon; sisters in law, Barbara B. Henderson, Washington and Margaret H. Worley, Elberton. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Mulberry UMC, 719 Mulberry St., Macon, Ga., 31201, Church of the Mediator, P.O. Box 716, Washington, Ga. 30673 or Rehoboth Baptist Church, Metasville Schoolhouse Building Fund, c/c Mr. Alan Ivey, 3028 Lovelace Rd., Lincolnton, Ga. 30817.
