SMITH, Virginia (Ginny)January 31, 1966 - April 7, 2016Born January 31, 1966 to Catherine and David Smith, Calgary. A beautiful and beloved daughter, sister, wife, aunt, cousin, niece, friend and gifted teacher died April 7, 2016 after a year-long struggle with anxiety and depression. Ginny is survived by her family and a large community of people who admire and love her. We will gather for a memorial on Thursday, April 14 at 3 p.m., with time after to grieve, be together, and celebrate the great goodness Ginny shared with us all. Scarboro United Church, 134 Scarboro Avenue SW, Calgary. If you would like to honour Ginny, please plant something beautiful for her.
