Virginia Raydell Osborne, 90, of Taylor County, died Tuesday, April 23, 2013. She was the daughter of the late Mary Parker and Frank Riddle. She was married to Chester Osborne. He preceded her in death. Survivors include two daughters, Doris Riggs of Royal Palm Beach, Fla. and Carol Rash of Estill Springs, Tenn. Funeral was Sunday, April 28, at Lyon-DeWitt Funeral Home in Campbellsville. The Revs. Chris Murphy and David Rash officiated. Burial was in Harden Cemetery.
