Virginia Lee, 73, Bradenton, died June 15, 2004. She was born Jan. 7, 1931, in Greenville and was a longtime resident of Manatee County. She was a member of Manatee Baptist Church. Survivors include a daughter, Sarah Phillips of Bradenton; sons Buddy of Chicago, Jamie of Poplar Bluff, Mo., and Billy of Palmetto; a brother, Henry Douglas of Naples; nine grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren. No visitation is scheduled. The memorial service will be at 11 a.m. Saturday at Griffith-Cline Funeral Home, Manatee Avenue Chapel.
