Virginia Mae Clark, of 2558 Highway 72 East, 56, wife of Richard Lee Clark Sr., died Wednesday, March 9, 2005, at home. Born in Cherokee, a daughter of the late Robert and Naomi Farris Wilson, Mrs. Clark was a homemaker and was a member of Church of God of Prophecy in Joanna. Survivors include her husband of the home; children, Patricia Bryan of Marietta and Melinda Clark, Brenda Byrd, Wanda Broome, Mary Michelle Eubanks, Richard Lee Clark Jr., Stephanie Nichole Tucker and Robert Lee Tucker Jr., all of Clinton; 11 grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; an expected great-grandchild; and three brothers and seven sisters, Betty Walters, Mike Wilson, Bessie Willman, Marlene Chatham, Wanda Christensen, Barbara Slone, Linda Camp, Henry Wilson, James Wilson and Gale Grant. She was predeceased by two infant brothers, two infant sisters and a sister, Hazel Mullinax. A memorial service will be held at 3 p.m. Saturday at Church of God of Prophecy, Joanna, S.C. The family will be at the Eubanks home, 7213 Highway 66, Whitmire, S.C.Cremation Society of South Carolina.
