MOORE, Veronica (nee Chisholm)1931 - 2013It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Veronica (Verna), peacefully at the Anna Laberge Hospital surrounded by her loved ones on Sunday, December 22, 2013. Predeceased by her loving husband Emmett and beloved companion Gerald Morey, she will be missed by her children Reggie (Susan), Erroll (Brenda) & Catherine (Michael), and grandchildren Emmett, Carleigh, Kayla, Chelsea, Caitlin & Jenna. She was a devoted wife, caring mother, loving grandmother and respected teacher. She will be sadly missed by many nieces, nephews, family & friends. Predeceased by nine siblings, she is survived by sisters Florence Burroughs, Marie MacDonald and sister-in-law Anne Marie Chisholm. Visitation to be held at Complexe Funeraire Yves Legare, 123 Rue Maple, Chateauguay 450-691-4760 on Friday December 27 from 2-5 and 7-9 pm. Funeral service to be held Saturday December 28 at 11 am at Our Lady of Perpetual Help, 295 Rue McLeod, Chateauguay 450-691-4430. Many thanks to the Oncology staff at Anna Laberge Hospital.
