INMAN, SC-- Vernia Elizabeth Libby Tony White, 58, of 925 Inman Road, died Saturday, May 27, 2006 at her home. Born August 9, 1947, in Olcott, WV, she was the daughter of Nina Harless Dustin and the late Elmer Tony. She was the wife of Kenneth Leon White and was a member of Startex Church of God.Additional survivors include a daughter, Evelyn Spangler of Spartanburg; three brothers, Don Tony of Spartanburg and Timothy Paul Dustin and Raymond Lee Dustin, both of Inman; four sisters, Edna Camp, Evelyn Harrell and Denise Timmons, all of Inman, and Donna Phipps of Whitestone; three grandchildren, Michael Leon Newell, Erick Nicholas Von Cannon, and Ericka Von Cannon, all of Spartanburg.The family will receive friends Sunday, May 28, 2006 at the home. A memorial service will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Monday, May 29, 2006 at Startex Church of God, conducted by Rev. J. H.
