BOYD, Vera Margaret - In Meaford on Wednesday, November 17, 2004. The former Vera Morrison, daughter of the late George and May (Dixon) Morrison in her 85th year. Predeceased by her beloved husband Donald Boyd of Meaford and formerly of St. Vincent Township (1993). Lovingly remembered by her family: Kenneth Boyd and his wife Diane of Guelph; Glen Boyd and his wife Penny of Lakefield and their son Matthew; Mervyn Boyd and his wife Marianne of Waterloo; and daughter-in-law Mary Ellen (Mrs. John Brough) of Meaford and their children Laura and Michael. Predeceased by a son Keith Boyd. Sister of Doris Young (late Russell) of Meaford and Joyce and her husband Hilton Steer of Markdale. Predeceased also by sisters Reta (Steve) Ransom, and Vida (Leslie) Hawkens of Markdale and Freda (Elwood) McCauley of Berkeley. Also remembered by several nieces and nephews and their families. Funeral services, officiated by Reverend Judith Oliver, will be conducted at the funeral home on Saturday, November 20 at 11 a.m. with committal service and interment to follow at Lakeview Cemetery.
