GUY, Valentine Jean, 81, of Weeki Wachee, Fla., died Tuesday, December 4, 2007, at Regional Medical Center Bayonet Point, Hudson, Fla. He came to this area seven years ago from his native Tampa. Mr. Guy was a police officer, and a member of various car clubs in the Spring Hill area. He was also an avid coin and gun collector. Survivors include his wife, Mary; a son, William (Tracy) Guy of Dade City, Fla.; a daughter, Christina DeLong of Spring Hill, Fla.; five stepchildren, Steven Carpenter of Zephyrhills, Fla., Anthony Carpenter of Brooksville, Fla., Tammy Pita of Zephyrhills, Fla., Cindy Morris of Hudson, Fla., and Eric Carpenter of Lutz, Fla.; seven grand-children, six stepgrandchildren, one great-grandchild and one stepgreat-grandchild.
