DAVIS, Mrs. Versie Lee a resident of Marbury, AL passed away on Tue., Feb. 28, 2006. Funeral services will be held Sat., Mar. 4, 2006 at 1:00 PM from Old Kingston Bapt. Church with Pastor Patrick Lucas officiating. Interment will follow in the church-yard cemetery with Phillips-Riley Fu-neral Home directing. She leaves to cherish her loving memories, four children; Andrew Lee (Diana) Da-vis, Lorenzo (Jean) Davis, Arlene (the late Rev. Walter C.) Hunter and Marshall Earl Davis; two sisters; Lo-rene Gibbons, Bronx, N.Y.; Ella Smith, Chicago, IL; six sisters-in-law; Mattie Mae Gibbons, Edna Gib-bons, Coleen Gibbons, Annie Pearl Gill, Gladys Davis and Dorothy Da-vis; one bother-in-law, Joshua (Mary) Davis; eight grandchildren, Roger (Ann) Davis, Anthony Davis, Vanessa Davis, Lonell Davis, Aman-da Hunter, Andrew Davis, Jr., Scottie Hunter and Lori Davis; two great grandchildren, and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. The body will lie in state one hour prior to funeral services.
