Moultonborough - Tyler Daniel Smith, 14, of Red Hill Road, Moultonborough, died Sept. 27, 2014, at Dartmouth-Hitchcock Hospital, in Lebanon. He is survived by his parents, Daniel and Kerry Smith and his sister, Sarah E. Smith, all of Moultonborough; paternal grandfather, Stephen R. Smith and his wife, Debra (Cushing), of Port Charlotte, Fla.; paternal grandmother, Kim (Young) Drouin and her husband, David, of Tilton; his maternal grandparents, John F. and Ruby A. (Plourde) Perkins of Moultonborough; paternal great-grandmother, Ruth G. Smith, of Laconia; his maternal great-grandmother, Ruth (Ayotte) Plourde, of Kittery, Maine, and he is also survived by many aunts, uncles and cousins.. SERVICES: Calling hours will be held in the Mayhew Funeral Home, routes 3 and 104, Meredith, on Thursday, Oct. 2, 2014, from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. A funeral service will be held at the Moultonborough Academy, 25 Blake Road, Moultonborough, on Friday, Oct. 3, 2014, at 1:30 p.m. Rev. Edward J. Charest, pastor emeritus of the Plymouth United Methodist Church, will officiate. Interment will be held at the convenience of the family.
