JONES, TRACY LYNN, 43, of Louisville, passed away Sunday, January 16, 2005, at Hospice & Palliative Care of Louisville's inpatient unit at Norton Healthcare Pavilion. He was preceded in death by his foster father, James R. Kute. He is survived by his foster mother, Gloria Kute; foster sister, Maria Dawn Kute; foster brother, Eric B. Kute; foster grandparents, Everett and Elta Basham; and several aunts, uncles, cousins and friends. The family wishes to extend a special "thank you" for the loving care of Community Living, Inc. and Blessed Assurance, as well as the community of St. Edward Catholic Church. Cremation was chosen. A memorial service will be held at noon Saturday at St. Edward Catholic Church, 9608 Sue Helen Drive. Arrangements by Neurath & Underwood Funeral Home, 725 E. Market Street.
