Tillie Jane Hudson Gray was born March 17, 1913, in Jefferson City, Tenn., and passed away Tuesday, Dec. 13, 2005, at Florida Memorial Hospital in Ormond Beach having attained the age of 92 years. Tillie became a member of Central Baptist Church after relocating to the Daytona Beach area in 1973. She is survived by her son, Paul R. Hudson and wife, Diane, Marietta, Ga.; and one sister, Agnes Carter, Athens, Tenn. Visitation was held Wednesday, December 14, from 6 p.m. until 8 p.m. at Volusia Memorial Funeral Home in Ormond Beach. Funeral service will be conducted today (Thursday, Dec. 15) at 2 p.m. from the Volusia Memorial Funeral Home with interment to follow at Volusia Memorial Park, Ormond Beach. In lieu of flowers, the family has requested donations to Central Baptist Church, 142 Fairview Avenue, Daytona Beach, FL 32114. All arrangements are under the care of Volusia Memorial Funeral Home, Ormond Beach.
