Beloved husband of Donna Lynn Winstanley; dearest father of Tonna (Micheal) Berns, Heather (Christopher) Muscato and Lyndsey (Eric) Didion; stepfather of Amy (Daniel) Murdock and Marc Capatosto; loving grandfather to Austin Berns and Sophia Muscato; brother of Richard Peters and Marc (Karen) Peters; also survived by a niece, nephew and cousins. The family will be present on Thursday, June 23rd from 4pm to 8pm at the LANE FUNERAL HOME, INC., 8622 Buffalo Avenue, Niagara Falls, where Funeral Services will be held on Friday at 11am. Mr. Peters is a graduate of Tonawanda High School, a veteran of the Army serving in Germany and a retiree of Noco Energy after 32 years of dedicated service.
