->CONGRESS, Ariz. -- Thomas Scott Dunn II, 70, of Congress, formerly of Albion, Maine and Westminster, Md., died Tuesday, Nov. 21, 2006, at his residence.Born Jan. 21, 1936, in Baltimore, he was the son of the late Frederick Thomas and Elizabeth D. Taylor Dunn of Parkville.He was a retired sergeant for the Baltimore City Police Department. He was a veteran of the Army, having served in Korea for three years and worked in Army intelligence for the National Security Agency. He was a graduate of City College and attended Baltimore City Community College. He was conducting legal research while living in Arizona.Surviving, in addition to his mother of Parkville, Md., are his children, Thomas Scott Dunn III of Maryland, Susan D. McGee of Virginia, Mark M. Dunn of Maryland, Christina M. Nickerson, Rachel E. Dunn, Frederick M. Dunn, all of Maine, and Jennifer A. Kueppers of Canada; his ex wife and friend for life, Carol Dunn of Waterville, Maine; sister Dr. Elizabeth F. Dunn of Maryland; and nine grandchildren.He was predeceased by twin sister Charlotte E. Steers.A funeral service was held Nov. 29 at Pritts Funeral Home & Chapel, 412 Washington Road, Westminster, with the Rev. Larry Steen officiating. Interment was in Meadow Branch Cemetery.In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society, 1393 Progress Way, Suite 908, Eldersburg, MD 21784.
