PALMER, THOMAS OWEN, "TOPPER," II, 59, of Jeffersontown, passed away Saturday, September 18, 2004. He was a retired employee of General Electric Co., with 32 years of service, a member of Christ Lutheran Church, Middletown VFW Post #1170, International Union of Electronic Workers Local #761 and Persimmon Ridge Golf Club and the director of Park Community Credit Union. He was the beloved father of Douglas (Dana) Owen Palmer, Tracey (Ed) French, Tammy (Brian) Mallory and Heather Jill Palmer; beloved son of Thomas and Evelyn Palmer; loving brother of Linda Sue Reiter, Barbara Brown and Patti Potts; and beloved grandfather of Tori and Megan Palmer, Rachel, Thomas and Ryan French, Danielle, Katie and Joey Mallory and Evan Palmer. His funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. Tuesday at Foreman Funeral Home, 10600 Taylorsville Rd., Jeffersontown, with burial in Resthaven Memorial Park. Visitation will be from 2-8 p.m. Monday.
