ObituaryThomas Mayo Lewis II, 87, of Fort Myers, FL , passed away November 1, 2008. Residing in Fort Myers with his wife of 41 years, June, he enjoyed life. He leaves 4 daughters, Sandra (Glenn) Susan, Laura (Steve) and Gail (Tom) , 5 grandchildren, and 1 great-grandson.He was a graduate of Phillips Andover Academy in Massachusetts and Yale University in Connecticut, class of 1944. He served in the U. S. Marine Corps, leaving as a Captain in the late 1940's.He was an avid golfer thru out his lifetime, playing on courses from Maine to California.In lieu of flowers, donations and prayers may be made to an Alzheimers' and caregivers center in your area and Hope Hospice, 9470 HealthPark Circle Ft.
