Finegan, Thomas J.Thomas J Finegan, 57, died during the week of Aug. 14th at his home in Wesley Hills. Thomas was born in Detroit, MI, May 30, 1954 to Richard J and Margaret K (Reigner) Finegan. A long time New York resident, Thomas owned and operated the Courtland Press, a commercial printing firm from 1970 - 1981. He was then employed by Wyeth Pharmaceuticals Pearl River facility for over 22 years. His responsibilities ranged from graphic arts supervisor to buyer. Thomas was an avid jazz enthusiast. He was the co-founder of the Rockland County Jazz and Blues Society and was a member of the Arts Council of Rockland. He was also a friend of Bill. He is survived by his siblings and their spouses, Kathleen and Ralph Losee of Taylors, SC, Maureen Finegan and William Dickens of Boston, MA, John and Gerene Finegan of Lowell, MA; nephews, Harry Losee and Christopher Dickens; nieces, Lindsay and Colleen Finegan; dear friends, Carol Ungar, Sam Godfrey and John Lippincott.Memorial donations may be made to The Rockland County Jazz and Blues Society or The New Orleans Musicians Clinic.
