Thomas-F. -Penrose III, né en 1924, conjoint de Maryly III, père de Deborah B et Palm, est décédé le 24 décembre 2007 à l'âge de 83 ans.
Funeral service celebrating the life of Thomas F. Penrose III, 83, Palm Coast, Fla., who passed away Monday, December 24, 2007, will be Saturday at 1 p.m. in the chapel of Craig-Flagler Palms Funeral Home, 511 Old Kings Rd. South, Flagler Beach. Burial will follow at Flagler Palms Memorial Gardens with military honors. Friends may visit Saturday from 12:30 p.m. until time of service at the funeral home. Mr. Penrose was born in Plainfield, N.J., and moved to this area in 2004 from Switzerland, Fla. He was the owner and operator of Liberty Bell Associates in Princeton, N.J. Mr. Penrose was a Navy Hospital Corpsman serving in World War II where he was in the Battle of Normandy and he also served in the Korean conflict. He was a member of VFW Post 8696, N.J. Association of the Deaf, and Founder of NJRID (New Jersey Registry of Interpreters for the Deaf). Mr. Penrose was an artist; he enjoyed oil painting, woodcarving, writing books, and composing music. He is survived by his daughter, Deborah B. Penrose, Palm Coast; two brothers, Robert and Arthur Penrose, both of Point Pleasant Beach, N.J. Mr. Penrose was preceded in death by his wife of 47 years, Maryly, in March of 2007. Memorial donations may be made to the NJRID Board, P.O. Box 9900, Trenton, NJ 08650. Arrangements are in the care and trust of Craig-Flagler Palms Funeral Home.
