RUSENSTROM, Thomas Emerson February 13, 1921 - June 15, 2009 Beloved husband for 63 years of Lois, who predeceased him by a few weeks. Father of Dennis Rusenstrom and Susan Pilkington. Grandfather of Geoffrey, Jamie and Jonathan Pilkington and great-grandfather of Holly. Predeceased by brothers and sisters Pearl, Alva, Lillian, Nobel, Emily and Elmer. Tom served Canada in WWII, had a military career which took him around the world and was a longstanding member of the Masons and Shriners. The family would like to thank the staff of the Perley-Rideau Veterans' Health Centre and the Bridlewood Residence for their excellent care. Friends may call at the Westboro Chapel of Tubman Funeral Homes, 403 Richmond Road (at Roosevelt), on Thursday, July 2 from 11:00 a.m. until time of service. Memorial Service will be held in the Chapel at 12:00 noon. The urns for Tom and Lois will be placed together at Capital Memorial Gardens, followed by a reception. All are welcome.
