BARDSTOWN - Clark, Thomas Anthony, 60, of Bardstown, died Tuesday, November 19, 2013 at his residence. He was born April 16, 1953 to the late Frances Irene Bryan and Joseph Lawrence Clark. Besides his parents, he was preceded in death by two sons, Tony Clark and Nathan Clark; and two brothers, George Clark and David Clark. He is survived by his wife, Barbara Mattingly Clark of Bardstown; two sons, Jonathan (Emily) Clark of Louisville and James (Jamie) Mattingly of Bardstown; five brothers, Joseph Clark Jr., Patrick Clark, Cary (Diane) Clark, and Matthew (JoAnna) Clark all of Louisville and John (Gayle) Clark of Wisconsin; two sisters, Linda Clark of Louisville, and Marilyn (David) Clayton of Virginia; three grandchildren, Cain Clark, Aubrey Mattingly and Emma Mattingly; and a host of other relatives and friends. Funeral services will be conducted at 2 p.m. Saturday, November 23, 2013 at the Campbell-DeWitt Funeral Home in Lebanon with burial in the Ryder Cemetery. The family requests visitation after 5 p.m. on Friday at the funeral home. Campbell-DeWitt Funeral Home is in charge of all arrangements.
