AGNEW, Thomas (Tom) Malcolm June 2, 1921 - March 24, 2013 It is with deep sorrow that the family of Tom Agnew, beloved husband of Margaret Jane Agnew (nee Badham) of Calgary, AB, passed away on March 24, 2013 at the age of 91 years. Tom was born and raised in Nipawin, SK and in his youth was a champion runner and enjoyed all sports. He felt honored to have served overseas with the RCAF during World War II. Tom and family moved to Calgary in 1972. He had numerous successful business ventures in his lifetime but his last and most memorable was the fifteen years he spent as a commissionaire with the Red Cross. Tom leaves to mourn, his loving wife Margaret of sixty years; his sister Katherine Buffington and her daughter Dolly Lou; children Marilyn, Pat and James (Judie); ten grandchildren, Lance (Carol Lynn) Schafer, Bonnie (Cory) Teniuk, Kerry and Don Schafer, Bradley, Chelsea, Wesley, Michelle, Scott, and Megan Agnew; five great- grandsons Jake and Clarke Schafer, Jordan and Austin Teniuk and Preston Agnew; and many friends. A Memorial Service will be held at Lakeview United Church (3023 - 63 Avenue S.W.) on Saturday, March 30, 2013 at 11:00 a.m. Forward condolences through www.mcinnisandholloway.com.
