HUDSON III, Thomas A. Age 57, of Mt. Juliet, TN, died Monday, October 25, 2010. Tommy was a member of St. Edwards Catholic Church. He was a 1971 graduate of BGA and a retiree of The John Deal Company and the State of Tennessee, Flight Services & Aeronautics Division. Tommy was an avid sports fan. He was a coach and mentor to many young athletes in the Mt. Juliet community. He was preceded in death by his parents, Col. Thomas A. Hudson, Jr. and Nancy Wysong Hudson and sister, Beth Hudson. He is survived by wife, Cathy Dillon Hudson; children, Thomas A. Hudson IV, Lindsey Petrosky, Lauren (Kyle) Gribble, and Holly Hudson; sister, Jill (Donny) Green; grandchildren, Bailey, Gabby, Gia Grace; mother-in-law, Mary H. Dillon and several nieces, nephews, great-nieces and nephews and many other relatives and friends. Funeral services will be PRIVATE with Rev. Joseph Breen officiating. Active Pallbearers will be Jody Ussery, Allen Jones, John Fulcher, Ike Hulme, Joe Hawkins, Tony Whited, Roy Moore, and Rob Archie. Honorary Pallbearers will be the 2009-2010 players of the Mt. Juliet Lady Bears Basketball Program. The family wishes to extend a special thank you to the Alive Hospice, Skyline Madison Campus staff and home health nurse Julie Jaramillo.
