Theresa Norvell Jackson, 90, of East Orange, N.J., passed away peacefully on Friday, Feb. 7, 2014, at Willow Creek Rehabilitation and Care Center, Somerset, N.J. Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, Feb. 18, 2014, at 11 a.m. at the Woody "Home for Services," 163 Oakwood Ave., Orange, N.J. There will be no visitation prior to services. Interment will be at Rosedale Cemetery, Orange. Arrangements are by Woody "Home for Services," Orange. Born in Orange, Theresa was a resident of East Orange for 20 years. She worked as a home health aide for several years before retiring. Theresa was the beloved mother of Yvonne Brown Bolden, Brenda Norvell, and William Norvell Jr. She is also survived by seven grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
