JOHNSON, Theresa L., 84, of Dade City, Fla., passed away June 1, 2007, at her home. She was born October 25, 1922, to Michael and Elizabeth Hernan, in Youngstown, Ohio. She moved from Youngstown, Ohio, to Dade City 29 years ago and was an active member of Saint Rita Catholic Church. Mrs. Johnson was preceded in death by three sisters, Mrs. Gertrude VanSack, Mrs. Rita LeViscur and Mrs. Elizabeth Gondel. Survivors include her loving husband, Harold; son, Jeff of LasVegas, Nev.; three daughters, Mrs. Margaret Fortunato of Fort Morgan, Colo., Mrs. Cheryl Ward of Columbiana, Ohio, and Mrs. Mary Elaine Roman of Dade City, Fla.; brother, John Hernan; sister, Mrs. Margaret Mary Bell; 10 grandchildren and two great-grandchildren. Services will be 11 a.m. Wednesday, June 6, 2007, at St. Rita Catholic Church in Dade City, Fla., with a viewing one hour prior. Burial will take place at Florida National Cemetery.
