Theresa Frances (McGlone) Ford of Westford, MA Mrs. Theresa Frances (McGlone) Ford, of N. Andover, formerly of Westford, MA, died Thursday morning, May 19, 2011, at Lawrence General Hospital in Lawrence, MA.She was married to the late Mr. Gerard A. Ford who died May 15, 1995.Born in Roxbury, MA on March 20, 1916, the daughter of the late Stephen F. and Catherine (Mass) McGlone. Theresa was a graduate of Mission High School in Boston with the class of 1933.Theresa worked in her earlier years for Peter Bent Brigham Hospital, and later for United States Trust Company in Boston until her retirement in 1981.She was a faithful communicant of St. Catherine's Church of Westford.She was devoted to raising her family, and was most happy spending quality time with her family, friends and especially her cherished fifteen grandchildren.She is survived by four sons, Gerard A. Ford of Macungie, PA, Denis F. Ford of Spring Hills, FL, Robert P. Ford of N. Andover, MA, and Edward A. Ford of Westford, MA; a daughter, Theresa F. Hopman of Livingston, Texas; 16 grandchildren; 19 great-grandchildren; many nieces, nephews and several family friends.Theresa was the mother of the late Loretta L. Benjaminsen of Northborough, MA, and William J. Ford of Saugus, MA, the sister of the late John J. McGlone, Joseph F. McGlone and Mary J. Weber, and the grandmother of the late Chandler E. Visiting hours Sunday 4 to 8 p.m. Funeral Monday at 9 a.m. from the DOLAN FUNERAL HOME, 106 MIDDLESEX ST., CHELMSFORD, with a funeral Mass at 10:00 a.m. at St. Catherine Church in Westford.
