CARTER, TERRY D. "TC," 52, of Louisville, died Saturday, May 10, 2008 at University Hospital. He was a member of Love Fellowship Baptist Church. Survivors include his children, Quin Stephenson, Shauntale McMillen and Terri Moore; his sisters and brothers, Grace Smith, John and James Carter; and four grandchildren. Funeral services will be Thursday at 11 a.m. at Perryman's Mortuary, 34th & Broadway, with burial in Green Meadows. Visitation will be Wednesday from 6-9 p.m. at Perryman's.
