BURTON Terry (nee Lind) Born January 17th, 1949, passed away peacefully on March 29th, 2009 at Peace Arch Hospital, surrounded by family. Terry is survived by her daughter Debra (Charley), son Michael (Natalie), mother Joy, brother Gary (June), sister Andrea (Glenn), nephew Randy (Rosealee), and her great-niece and great-nephews. She was a loving mother to her children, a devoted caregiver to her extended daycare family, and a faithful friend to her "travel buddies" and so many others. She will be deeply missed by friends, family, and the Annieville community alike. Terry faced her recent illness with characteristic determination and humour. Special thanks to the Palliative Care staff at Peace Arch Hospital and the many visitors who ensured Terry left this life knowing how much she was loved. A celebration of Terry's life will be held at her home on Saturday, April 25th from 1:00 pm onward. For more information please see terryburton.ca.
