Terry A. Lee 1959 - 2011 SPRINGFIELD - Terry Ann Lee, 52, of Springfield, MA, departed this life on Tuesday, September 20, 2011. Born in Monticello, NY, she lived in Springfield most of her life and attended Springfield schools. She served her country in the U. S. Coast Guard. Pre-deceased by her father, Charles Lee Sr., she is survived by her mother, Ola Lee; her sisters, Shirley Lee, Karen Hall, Pamela Lee, and Grace Lee; her brothers, Johnny Patterson, Gary Lee, Charles Lee Jr., Edwin Lee, and Franklyn Lee. The funeral service will be held at 10 am Friday at Harrell Funeral Home. In lieu of flowers, please send donations to Ola Lee, 36 Governors St., Springfield, MA 01104, so it can be sent to the charities she would have supported.
