-->Teresa Marie Travers MOORE, SC-- Teresa Marie Travers, age 60, wife of Lawrence William Travers of 131 Eagles Lane, died Saturday, September 1, 2007 at her home. Born in Old Monroe, Missouri on March 5, 1947, she was a daughter of Adele Gnade Anthony and the late Diederick Anthony. Mrs. Travers was a homemaker, the mother of three boys, and a member of Jesus, Our Risen Savior Catholic Church. In addition to her husband of 39 years, Mrs. Travers is survived by three sons, Anthony Travers and wife Debbie of Moore, Alan Travers and wife Marlena of Charlotte, NC, and Adam Travers of Charlotte; two brothers, John Anthony and Richard Anthony; two sisters, Roseanne Heightman and Mary Burkemper; and three grandchildren, Ethan, Jake, and Luke Travers. The family will receive friends at Dunbar Funeral Home today, Tuesday, September 4, 2007 from 5:00-8:00 PM. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Wednesday, September 5, 2007 at 9:00 AM at Jesus, Our Risen Savior Catholic Church conducted by Reverend Michael J. Polewezak with burial to follow in Westwood Memorial Park. The family will be at the home following the funeral service.
