SMITH, TERESA M., 57Ocala - Mrs. Teresa M. Smith, 57, died Sunday, October 7, 2007 at Estelle's House Hospice. She was born in Santurce, Puerto Rico and moved to Ocala in 2002 from Chicago, Illinois where she worked in Customer Service for the Internal Revenue Service. She is Catholic by faith and loves animals, music and ethnic dining. She was an active supporter of the Humane Society, Hospice and the Devine Provident Ministries. She is survived by her loving husband of (27) years, Myron B. Smith; her mother, Virginia Martinez and her sister, Eugenia M. and husband Pedro Hernandez, all of Ocala, FL.. She is also survived by (2) nephews, Mark Montanez of Pendleton, Indiana and Mario Montanez of Ocala, FL. Funeral Services will be on Friday, October 12, 2007 at 10 a.m. at the ROBERTS FUNERAL HOMES, Bruce Chapel West, 6241 S.W. State Rd. 200, Ocala, FL 34476, with Interment to follow in Florida National Cemetery, Bushnell, FL. The family will receive friends at the Funeral Home on Thursday, October 11, 2007 from 6:00 till 8:00 PM. The family request in lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Memory of Teresa M. Smith, to American Cancer Society or Hospice of Marion County.
