WALKER, Teresa (Terri) Joan Barbara October 25, 1933 - August 9, 2013 It is with great sadness we announce the passing of our mother, grandmother and great-grandmother Teresa (Terri) Joan Barbara Walker. Predeceased by her daughter Barb and husband George in 2004. Survived by her son Michael and daughter Jo-Anne, grandchildren Jarod, Stassia, Michelle, Kristine and 5 great-grandchildren. She also leaves behind her most loved and cherished companion her pet cat Julie. Mom was a very generous and compassionate lady with a wicked sense of humour. She loved her family and their many get togethers. We have all worn sweaters she knit and have tablecloths she hand crocheted. She has her special footprint in helping to materialize the original Juan de Fuca Centennial Pool and many Belmont Park programs for youth activities. She helped organize the PreTeen town dances and volunteered for many years with the Belmont Twirlers. She made many Baton Twirler costumes. She loved to listen to her son play music with his band. Special thanks to Lorri, Val, and Lee for your love, kindness and support you have always given to mom. Special thanks to Diana for your friendship and support for mom. Celebration of Life to be announced. We will miss you mom and we will always have you in our hearts.
