->Brown, TamiJohnson City: 53, died peacefully at her home on Wednesday, March 20, 2013. Tami was predeceased by her mother, Joyce Sherman, father Ernie Paradis and father in law David Brown Sr.. Tami is survived by her loving husband, David Brown, sister and brother in law, Vicki and Ron Nemcek, daughters, Stacey and Melia, grandchildren Maia, Luke, and Claire, sisters in law Sue Morreale, Kathy and Don Foltyn, Pat and Paul Schneider, mother in law Arline Brown, grandchildren Maia, Luke and Claire, nephews, (God Son) Ryan and Brent Nemcek and many extended family members and friends. Tami also leaves behind her loving canine companions Maggie and Cali. Tami was an avid animal lover and was active with the Boston Bull Dog Rescue for many years. She was the founder of BARC, with Boston Rescue members in Europe, Australia and South America. She went to school to become a nurses aid and took care of mostly elderly people in their homes. Tami also loved working with wood and enjoyed refinishing furniture. The family will receive friends at the Barber Memorial Home, Inc., 428 Main St., Johnson City on Monday from 5-7 pm. Those wishing to make a donation in Tami's memory may do so to the Animal Rescue of their choice.
