JOHNSON - Susan (nee Purdey) Aged 69, died peacefully on August 1, 2014 at her home in Cape Fair, MO, after a brief struggle with cancer. Susan was born November 28, 1944, in Buffalo, NY, the daughter of Virginia (Wenner) and George Purdey. Susan was married to David Paul Johnson, also of Buffalo, for over 46 years. She is survived by David, their sons Timothy (Joni), Christopher (Carrie) and David (Connie). She is also survived by her sister, Marcia Schierstein of Williamsville, NY, ten precious grandchildren, a niece and nephew and other relatives and close friends. A Memorial service is planned for September 13, 2014, at 11 AM at Calvary Episcopal Church in Williamsville, In lieu of flowers, donations are gratefully accepted for the Susan P. Johnson Memorial Scholarship Fund, PO Box 253, Cape Fair, MO 65624.
