MILLER Sue Carolyn Feck, 72, wife of Larry Gene Miller, Sr., for 50 years, went to be with her Savior on Mon, May 5, 2014. She attended Athens High School through 11th grade, and graduated from the first Bryan Station Senior High School Class in 1959. She graduated from Eastern Kentucky University in 1963, as a member of Kappa Delta Pi. She taught 5th and 6th grades at Mary Todd Elementary School for 32 years, before retiring in 1998 where she made countless friends too numerous to mention. She was preceded in death by her parents, Neville Ray Feck and Mary Ann Chasteen Feck; three brothers, Marion Ray Feck, Neville Ray Feck, Jr., and Robert Lee Feck; and two sisters, Violet Marie Fair and Shirley Ann Cosby. Besides her husband, she is survived by two brothers, A.W. Feck and Leslie (Lucille) Feck and a sister, Jean Redman, along with several nieces and nephews. She leaves three precious children, Larry Gene (Michelle) Miller, Jr., Patrick Van (Lydia) Miller, and Penny Ann (Tony) Bailey and five grandsons, Kyle Anthony Miller, Ryan Patrick Miller, Andrew Patrick Miller, Wyatt Benjamin Miller, and Shane Alexander Bailey. She also made close friends whom she cherished at the Waffle House and Sam's Diner where she spent many of her retirement hours. She was a member of Boone's Creek Baptist Church for sixty-four years, where she made many friends whom she remained close with over the years. Services will be held at Kerr Brothers Funeral Home, Harrodsburg Rd. on Thu, May 8, 2014. Visitation will be from 10am-12:30pm followed by the funeral service at 12:30pm. Entombment at Bluegrass Memorial Gardens Mausoleum. In lieu of flowers, memorials are suggested to Boone's Creek Baptist Church, 197 Cleveland Rd., Lexington, KY 40515.
