JOHNSON , Stan It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of Stan Johnson on May 24, 2010. His "sweetheart" of sixty-two years, Vi, son Wade (Sydney), daughters Shelley (Bob), Rhonda (Jeff) and Kathleen, eight grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren will miss him every day and hold "Poach" close in our hearts. Stan joins his son, Randy, who left us in 2007, where they are most certainly reminiscing about their baseball glory days. Poach loved showing off his Studebakers, coaching his sons in hockey and baseball, holding his grandkids and of course, free burgers. "You taught us how to laugh...and how to love...we'd always choose you." The family sincerely acknowledges the kind thoughts and well wishes of friends and neighbors, however at his request, there will be no Service.
