Robinson, Shirley COLONIE Shirley (DiNovo) Robinson, 72, died Saturday, November 11, 2006 at the Ann Lee Nursing Home. Born in Albany, Shirley attended Albany High School and was a life long resident of the Albany and Colonie area. She worked for several years as a dental assistant and was also a home-maker. Shirley was the mother of Stephen C. Robinson of New York City, Vicki DiNovo of Niskayuna and Amy (Keith) Ogniewski of Latham; grandmother of Erica and Jenna Ogniewski; and sister of Donald Robinson, Doris DiPierro and the late Lawrence Robinson, Hazel Godwin and Frederick Robinson, Jr. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held at 7 o'clock Tuesday evening at the Reilly Son Funeral Home, Colonie. Calling hours will be Monday from 4-8 p.m. in the funeral home.
