Services will follow at 1 p.m.Survivors include her daughter, Calina McDowell of Sarasota; sons Clarence, Charles Shorter and Ray Burton Jr., all of Sarasota; sisters Emma Lee of Bradenton and Janice Grady of Sarasota; brothers Tommy L. Williams of Bradenton, Tommy Williams Jr. of Statesboro, Jimmy Williams of Lyons, Ga., and James of Tampa; 20 grandchildren; 16 great-grandchildren; and one great-great-grandchild.
