WALLACE, Shirley Marie - 76, Lower Sackville, died March 3, 2008, in Halifax. She was born in Halifax. She was predeceased by her father, James F. Brennan; her mother, Alma Ward; stepmother, Margaret Brennan, brother, Frank Brennan. She is survived by son, Joey Wallace, Lantz; sisters, Barbara (John) Duguay, Marathon, Ont.; Betty (Ken) Padfield, Dunmore, Alta.; brother, Donald Brennan, Lower Sackville; several nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, and many special friends. She had worked for the Department of Motor Vehicles, and at the courthouse. She also volunteered at the airport. She loved playing bingo, darts and bowling. She was also involved in the Legion and 50 Plus Club in Lower Sackville. She also loved doing product demonstrations at various businesses in Lower Sackville. She was truly a "people person", always had a smile for everyone, and will be greatly missed by her friends and family. Arrangements are entrusted to T.K. Barnard Funeral Home. Funeral service 10 a.m. Saturday, March 8, in St. John Vianney Church, Lower Sackville, Father Michael Welsh officiating. Donations may be made to Canadian Cancer Society.
