SHIRLEY JOANNEANDERSON, 82Sun Bank WINTER HAVEN - Shirley Joanne Anderson, 82, of Winter Haven, passed away, Sunday, July 31, 2011 at Good Shepherd Hospice in Auburndale due to heart failure. Born June 8, 1929 in Clinton, IA, she moved here in 2007 from Tavares, FL. She was retired from Sun Bank where she worked as a bookkeeping machine operator, was a member of the Ladies Golf Assn., and was of the Methodist Faith. She is preceded in death by her husband, James Christian Robert Anderson, and a sister, Lois Arp. She is survived by: a son, William Clifford Anderson of Deltona, FL; 3 daughters, Ann Marie Larson of Winter Haven, Patti Jo Godber of Orlando and Sandra Jean Anderson of Ormond Beach, FL; a brother, Bernhard Mohr of Davenport, IA; 2 sisters, Marilyn Dannacher of Davenport, IA and Judy Welzenbach of Sheridon, WY; and 8 grandchildren. A Memorial Service will be at 10:00am, Friday, August 12, 2011 at Oak Ridge Funeral Care in Winter Haven. Inurnment of her remains will follow at 2:00pm in the Florida National Cemetery, beside her husband.
