Shirley Carter Died - December 20, 2011 Westbrook - Shirley (McCall) Carter, 86, of Westbrook, loving wife of the late LeRoy Carter, passed away Friday December 30th at Apple Rehab in Old Saybrook. Shirley was born in Old Saybrook the daughter of the late Royce and Almira (Kramer) Carter. She is survived by her daughter Jean (Carter) Bagley, her son Neil Bradley Carter and his wife Caroline, step daughter Sylvia (Carter) Tiezzi and her husband Joe, her grandchildren Alexandria, Caylee, Audra, Michael and Darryl, her great grandchildren Brandon and Caleigh, and her brothers Rex and Royce McCall. In addition to her husband of 46 years she is predeceased by her sister Jean Rabenold, her brother Warren Kramer McCall, and her step son Marvin LeRoy Carter. A memorial service will be held Thursday January 5th at 2P.M. at Westbrook Congregational Church 1166 Boston Post Rd in Westbrook.
