He leaves behind to celebrate his life a devoted and loving wife, Rosemary Hall Mitchell, of Savannah; a daughter, Tonya Mitchell Brown of Pooler; two sons, Kevin Reed and Harold Mitchell (Catherine) of Savannah; a sister, Joyce Breckenridge (James) of Chicago; two brothers, Anthony Perry, Jr., and Benjamin Perry (Dora) of Savannah; four grandchildren, Tiahna Brown and Timothy Brown II, of Pooler; Tiffany Mitchell and Brittany Mitchell both of Savannah; and a multitude of other family and friends.
