Sheilah-Elizabeth Temple, née en 1937, conjointe de Ralph Pellerin, fille de William et Nan, mère de Ont, Gordon, Spa et Stacey, est décédée le 26 juillet 2004 à l'âge de 67 ans. Veuillez consulter son avis de décès ici:
PELLERIN, Sheilah Elizabeth - 67, Middleton, died July 26, 2004, in Soldiers' Memorial Hospital, Middleton. Born in Edinburgh, Scotland, she was a daughter of the late William and Nan (Pearson) Temple. She joined the RCAF and came to Canada where she met her husband, Ralph. Prior to retirement, she was an executive secretary for various organizations including the Annapolis Valley Affiliated Board of Trade and Thompson's Transfer Ltd. She was a member of St. Monica's Parish and a lifelong member of the Catholic Women's League. She was a very active member of the local, provincial, and national CWL, being provincial president 1990-1992 and national president 1998-2000. She met and made many lifelong friends through her work and travel with the CWL. She spent many hours volunteering in her community as a Girl Guide Leader, secretary for the Royal Canadian Legion, Kingston Food Bank, Frozen Favorites, and participated in the Relay for Life. She was an avid reader, knitter, and spent countless hours with her friends making quilts. Surviving are her husband, Ralph; daughter, Stacey (Peter) Bent, Spa Springs; sons, Gordon, Mississauga, Ont.; Bryan (Tania), Barrie, Ont.; Kent (Dia), Maryland; brothers, John, Gordon and Arthur, all of Edinburgh, Scotland; grandchildren, Reva and Maya Pellerin, Brittany Pellerin, Andrew, Connor and Bradley Bent. She was predeceased by sister, Helen. Visitation will be 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. today with prayers at 8 p.m., both in Warren T. Roop Funeral Home, Middleton. Memorial service will be 2 p.m. Thursday in St. Monica's Roman Catholic Church, Middleton, Father Gerald Saulnier officiating. A private interment will take place in St. Lawrence Cemetery, Kingston.
