Homemaker AUGUSTA, Ga. - Mrs. Sarah Elizabeth Williams of Augusta, beloved wife of the late Mr. Robert Arnold Williams, Sr. of 57 years, entered into rest Tuesday, November 2, 2004 at University Hospital. Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. on Saturday, November 6, 2004 in Platts Crawford Ave. Chapel with Rev. Jerry Wilson and Rev. Marion Jay officiating. Burial will follow in Westover Memorial Park. Survivors include a son and daughter-in-law, Mark W. Williams and Tera of Augusta; a daughter, Elizabeth A. Williams of Cottage Grove, Ore.; a daughter-in-law, Pat Williams of Evans; a brother, Frank Haywood of San Barbara, Calif.; a sister, Joan Seals of Augusta; six grandchildren, Teresa Chandler, Derek Vaughn, Bobby Williams, Jr., Lisa Miller, Brandon Tanner and Brittany Tanner and four great grandchildren. Mrs. Willams was preceded in death by her son, Robert 'Bobby' Williams, Jr. A native of Augusta, Mrs. Williams was a homem aker and a born again Christian, very loving mother and devoted to her family and home, by her hard work and many labors of love.
