WATTERSON, Katherine “Kay“ - Of Owen Sound, peacefully at Central Place Retirement Community, Owen Sound on Tuesday, March 17th, 2009. Sara Katherine Watterson (nee Ireland) at the age of 75 years. Loving wife and best friend to the late Glen B. Watterson (2002). Sister-in-law of Muriel MacLeod. Sadly missed by her many nieces, nephews and dear friends. Kay is predeceased by her parents, Lyall and Anna Ireland; sister Jane Frost and her husband Bill; and her brother- in-law Ken MacLeod. In accordance with Kay's wishes, there will be no visitation or service. Cremation with interment in Greenwood Cemetery, Owen Sound. Arrangements entrusted to the THOMAS C. WHITCROFT FUNERAL HOME & CHAPEL, Sauble Beach (519) 422-0041. Donations to the Lung Association or Heart and Stroke Foundation would be greatly appreciated and can be made through the funeral home.
