Sara Lee Fisher - MIDWAY - Sara Lee Fisher of Colonel's Island, GA, formerly of Savannah passed away Thursday, December 18, 2014 at St. Joseph's Hospital. Sara was born in Gadsden, AL to the late Samuel C. and Josephine (Baboo) Robinson. She is preceded in death by her husband, Charles E. Fisher and brother, Alfred L. Robinson. Sara retired from Bell South/AT&T Company after 42 years of service. She was a former officer of the Communication Workers of America (CWA) and was a former active member of the American Legion Post 184 auxiliary. She is survived by her three children, Carol L. Craine (Dan) of Nashville, TN, Steve Fisher of Houston, TX and Chris Fisher (Angie) of Statesboro, GA; six grandchildren, Catherine Craine, Sierra, Lindsey and Connor Fisher, Bryson and Jackson Fisher and her companion, Charles Pinkie McCord, Sr. Visitation will be Monday, December 22, 2014 from 5:00-7:00PM at the funeral home in Garden City. Funeral services will be Tuesday, December 23, 2014 at 10:00AM in the funeral home chapel with Rev. Ken Sharpe officiating. Burial will follow at Forest Lawn Memory Gardens in Savannah.
