MARINO Sandra Del Pizzo, 53, of Belford, died on May 14, 2013 at her home. She was born in Paterson and lived in Belford for many years. Sandra worked as a Dental Assistant for Dr. Robert Mulvihill in Hazlet. Sandra was very passionate and genuine, she was a hard worker and she was very talented. Sandra was an artist, she loved to draw and do arts and crafts, but her passion was music. She was a gifted singer and was featured in the book "Great Musicians of New Jersey." Sandra, or Sandy Storm, as she was known with her band, idolized Stevie Nicks and is considered one of the greatest singers never to become famous. Surviving are her son, Peter J. Marino; daughter, Samantha Elise Marino; former husband, Peter P. Marino; mother, Rita Del Pizzo; father, Virgil Del Pizzo; brother and sister-in-law, David and Lois Del Pizzo; sister and brother-in-law, Dianne and John Conway; aunt and godmother, Inez Del Pizzo; aunt, Pearl Del Pizzo; aunt, Norma Iannucci; and several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
