DAVIS, Sandra Jean May 25, 1943 - December 6, 2014 Sandra Jean Davis passed away peacefully with family by her side. Predeceased by her first husband Leslie Arnold Mason in 1967. Survived by her children Jan (Larry) Davis, Pamela Sutton, Rob Sutton; grandchildren, Ryan (Kathy) McInnes, Chelsea (Blair Jensen) Sutton, Brenner (Victoria) Davis, Jordan Davis, Colton Davis, Connor Sutton, Riley Sutton, Damien Sutton and 9 great-grandchildren; sister Marlyn (Ed) Duff, stepbrother Terry (Karen) Kirk and numerous nieces and nephews. After a massive stroke during heart surgery in 2008 Mom spend the last six years in Long Term Care, where she was loved and very well cared for by the nurses, management and staff at Sunridge Place in Duncan, BC. The family would like to thank everyone at Sunridge Place for their patience, kindness and love while mom was in care. We would also like to thank Dr. Theresa Elliott for taking such good care of mom with her kind and gentle spirit. And the CDH 2nd floor staff for all their support and kindness. A special thank you to Beverly Gauder Meiklejohn for visiting mom regularly over the past few years and Nikki Blair-Spiers for taking mom on her weekly shopping trips. In lieu of flowers we ask that you please donate to the Heart and Stroke Foundation. No service by request. A private family Celebration of Life to be held in Spring 2015.
