COLLINS, Sally Quinn, 74, of Zephyrhills, passed away April 21, 2003 in Zephyrhills. She is survived by her son, Floyd Collins of Barnesville, Ga.; her daughter, Rebecca C. Steve of Zephyrhills; and two brot hers, John Quinn III and Thomas Quinn. Born November 25, 1928 in Greenwood, Mississippi to John and Sally (Barner) Quinn, Jr., she came to the Zephyrhills area in July of 1999 from Safety Harbor, Fla. She wa s a homemaker and a Baptist.
