Stella Brown, age 90, of DeLand, passed away on Thursday, July 7, 2011. A graveside service in her honor will be held today at 3:00 PM at the Hollywood Cemetery in Orange City with pastor Mark Gorgans officiating. Stella was born in Brooklyn, New York to Frank and Mary Dzirba. She dedicated her life to the service of others, as a minister's wife and a mother. She was a proud member of Christ Community Church, a loving generous woman who cherished time in consul with our Lord. She leaves behind to cherish her memory a son, David Brown; and her dear friends, Ron and Ann Blankenship.
